What this site is

PocketPlay is a hand-picked list of links to other websites, plus a few of our own projects. It is free, it is provided as-is, and it exists to save you typing an address.

Use at your own risk

The site is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise that it will be available, that every link will still work, or that a linked site is safe, accurate, lawful in your country or suitable for what you want to do. Use your own judgement before you trust or transact with anything you reach from here.

Links are not endorsements

We list sites we think are useful. We do not own them, run them, audit them or vouch for them, and we are not responsible for their content, products, prices, availability, security or privacy practices. A listing is not a recommendation, a partnership or a paid placement. We may add, reorder, change or remove any link at any time, without notice and without explanation.

How you may use the site

Browse it, bookmark it, share it — that is what it is for. Please do not:

• scrape or crawl the site in a way that burdens it — automated bulk downloading, rapid repeated requests, or anything that degrades service for other people;
• copy the directory wholesale and pass it off as your own;
• probe, attack, reverse-engineer or otherwise interfere with the site or the infrastructure it runs on;

To the fullest extent the law allows, PocketPlay is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss — including lost data, lost profits, lost time or loss arising from a third-party site — connected with your use of this site or of anything you reach through it. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you have paid us to use this site, which is nothing.

We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top of this page changes. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
