How to convert EPUB to PDF
- Drop an
.epubfile above. It is unzipped in your browser and the spine (the book's reading order) is followed chapter by chapter. - Choose paper size and margins — A5 with book-like margins reads well on a tablet, A4 is better for printing. Decide whether each chapter should start on a fresh page.
- Press Convert to PDF and the finished book downloads.
FAQ
Why convert a reflowable book into fixed pages?
Usually to print it, to annotate it in a PDF app, or to hand it to someone whose device or workflow only accepts PDF. Bear in mind that the PDF loses EPUB's best feature: text that adapts to the reader's font size.
Does it work with DRM-protected books?
No. Books bought from Kindle, Apple Books or Kobo are usually encrypted, and this tool cannot — and will not — remove that protection. It works with DRM-free EPUBs: Project Gutenberg, Standard Ebooks, itch.io bundles, publisher downloads and anything you made yourself.
Are the book's own fonts and styling used?
No — the embedded stylesheet is replaced with clean print typography so chapters look consistent. Headings, paragraphs, lists, blockquotes, tables and images are all kept, and you can turn images off for a smaller, text-only PDF.
