How to convert EPUB to PDF

    1. Drop an .epub file above. It is unzipped in your browser and the spine (the book's reading order) is followed chapter by chapter.
    2. Choose paper size and margins — A5 with book-like margins reads well on a tablet, A4 is better for printing. Decide whether each chapter should start on a fresh page.
    3. Press Convert to PDF and the finished book downloads.

    FAQ

Why convert a reflowable book into fixed pages?

Usually to print it, to annotate it in a PDF app, or to hand it to someone whose device or workflow only accepts PDF. Bear in mind that the PDF loses EPUB's best feature: text that adapts to the reader's font size.

Does it work with DRM-protected books?

No. Books bought from Kindle, Apple Books or Kobo are usually encrypted, and this tool cannot — and will not — remove that protection. It works with DRM-free EPUBs: Project Gutenberg, Standard Ebooks, itch.io bundles, publisher downloads and anything you made yourself.

Are the book's own fonts and styling used?

No — the embedded stylesheet is replaced with clean print typography so chapters look consistent. Headings, paragraphs, lists, blockquotes, tables and images are all kept, and you can turn images off for a smaller, text-only PDF.
