PDF Watermark
Stamp a text or image watermark across every PDF page — set the colour, opacity, angle and tiling.
Chinese, Japanese and Korean watermarks are drawn as a high-resolution image, so they show up in every reader.

How to watermark a PDF
- Drop in the PDF — page one appears as a live preview.
- Choose the Text tab and type your wording, or the Image tab and drop in a logo. Then set the opacity, angle and whether it sits in the middle or tiles across the page.
- Press Add watermark and download the stamped PDF.
FAQ
Can the watermark be removed again?
A watermark added this way is part of the page content, so it cannot be switched off in a reader — but anyone with a PDF editor can still delete it. Treat it as a visible marking, not as security. For real protection, add a password with the Protect PDF tool.
Why does my logo look pixellated?
The image is embedded at its own resolution. If it is only 200 px wide and you stretch it across an A4 page it will soften. Start from a logo at least 1000 px wide, or use a text watermark, which stays sharp at any size.
Can I use Chinese characters?
Yes. Standard PDF fonts cannot encode CJK, so the tool renders those watermarks as a high-resolution transparent image instead — the result looks identical and opens everywhere.
