Drag a row to move it, or use the arrows. The top file comes first in the merged PDF.

    How to merge PDF files

    1. Drop or pick the PDF files you want to join — the page count of each one shows up next to its name.
    2. Drag the rows (or tap the arrows) until the order matches what you want; “Sort by name” is handy for scanned chapters.
    3. Press Merge PDFs and download merged.pdf.

    FAQ

    Are my files uploaded anywhere?

No. The merge runs inside your browser with pdf-lib, so the documents never leave your device — you can even run the tool with the network switched off after the page has loaded.

Is there a size or file-count limit?

Only your device's memory. A few hundred megabytes of PDFs is normally fine on a laptop; on a phone keep it to a handful of files at a time.

Why does one of my files fail to load?

Password-protected PDFs cannot be copied without the password. Remove the password first with the Unlock PDF tool, then merge.
