FAQ
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. The merge runs inside your browser with pdf-lib, so the documents never leave your device — you can even run the tool with the network switched off after the page has loaded.
Is there a size or file-count limit?
Only your device's memory. A few hundred megabytes of PDFs is normally fine on a laptop; on a phone keep it to a handful of files at a time.
Why does one of my files fail to load?
Password-protected PDFs cannot be copied without the password. Remove the password first with the Unlock PDF tool, then merge.
